The study of direct conflcts of polygamous succession generated by successor descendants in Cameroon is the subject of very particular attention nowadays within our society. This is understandable when these conflcts orchestrated by children are linked to their legal status which will necessarily depend on the regime of celebration of the union of their parents. Thus, they can be legitimate children if certain conditions are met, but also natural in the event of cohabitation bigamy or customary marriage. This distinction is felt when it is necessary to liquidate the inheritance. For that, the children no having the same inheritance rights, the conflcts start which, also extend to certain discriminatory titles relating to the sex or the primogeniture, but the ascendants and the collaterals successors do not remain on the sidelines of these conflcts.
